Although I'm sure no one is interested in the ties I received, I did think I got a nice collection of films to watch:

I also received Inception and Seasons 1-3 of "The In-Betweeners". I've only seen one episode of the latter. Does anyone have an opinion on it?

Did anyone else receive any interesting, movie-related stuff?

The Inbetweeners is awesome. Definitely teenage boy humour - I'm sure you'll be able to relate to some of it ;)

I got the Toy Story 1-3 blu-ray boxset, which I really wanted. I also wanted Inception but didn't get it. Boyfriend got The Book of Eli on blu-ray, which he already has, so I've told him to swap it for Inception.

I got movie passes. Does that count?

(and, of course, one Dutch film I'm very much looking forward to)

You're really pressing the edge of the "interesting" envelope, aren't you?

I was hoping to read how someone had received a replica of the Maltese falcon or an Indiana Jones fedora or an actual working lightsabre.

Iron Man 2 DVD, and finally picked up a Wii, which I've just setup for Netflix.

Reporter: Principal Skinner, you've been referred to as "the funny one." Is that reputation justified?
Skinner: Yes. Yes, it is.

I got a money box in the shape of the gold idol from the start of Raiders of the Lost Ark ;) :D

I gave copies of Salem's Lot (the original miniseries) and MonkeyBone; I wound up with 2 copies of Badder Santa due to holiday hostess paranoia. I inherited an iPhone 3G from Mr. Bucky, and got a 750G external hard drive to back up my enormous iTunes library. So not really film related, but cool stuff nonetheless.

The only movie related items I received were some Christmas Story PJs, a bunch of movie passes and this:

Inception, Fantasia/Fantasia 2000 and a Marx bros. t-shirt.

(I've had the most fun with the cheap RC helicopter I got though. Remind me to post some of the translated directions. They are classic)

I think this was the first year ever I did not receive any films as gifts. I did however get several AMC Theater Gift Cards and this book:
