Had you done so, I would have grabbed Freddie. He was far and away my number one choice.
Ultimately Freddie was the guy I wanted most, too.
When the draft started I actually pegged you as my main rival for him.

My previous pick was between him and Daltrey.
IMHO you chose wisely.

You see, Hopsi, you don't know very much about girls. The best ones aren't as good as you probably think they are and the bad ones aren't as bad. Not nearly as bad.

So once we all have our bands, do they all fight to the death?

I thought we could do a playlist or something, one song from each band member or soemthing.. could add something to it, or be pisspoor, either way we could try

I'll take Steve Winwood on keyboards and backing vocals.

Damn you Bats. Well since The Utility Belts added Winwood to their lineup before I could, my final choice has come down to either..

It was a close call but I think Joe is going to need some help with the guitar from time to time and a John Lennon/Vince Gill harmony would really be something to hear. Give me Vince.

FWIW, had I been involved, I would have sat on Winwood expecting that he was safe until my final pick. Hypothetically damn you all.

Just for curiosity sake, how would y'all have picked a cartoon/animated band? (And I would include Muppets and such in this)

On Drums this would be a given.

I was toying with the idea at the start of this thread, but I ended up going with a real band instead.

My line-up would have been Josie on guitar, Fat Albert on the radiator bagpipe, Reggie from The Archies on bass, Scroeder on keyboards and Jabberjaw on drums.

If we get a chance to add a sixth person to our lineup, I'm going to round out my percussion section:
